Delivery/Shipping Details

At Deosai Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consultancy services in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details regarding the delivery of our services and any associated materials.

1. Delivery of Consultancy Services

  • Consultation Sessions: Consultancy sessions, whether in-person or virtual, will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, in-person location) for the session.

  • Reports & Documents: Any reports, strategy documents, or deliverables produced as part of the consultancy service will be provided electronically, typically in PDF or other document formats. These will be sent to the email address you provided or shared through a secure cloud link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) if the file size is large.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Consultation Sessions: Once a consultation session is scheduled, we will confirm the date and time with you. We aim to accommodate clients as quickly as possible based on availability, and typically, initial consultations can be scheduled within 5-7 business days.

  • Reports/Deliverables: The delivery time for reports and other documents will depend on the scope of the project. After the initial consultation, we will provide an estimated timeline for deliverables. Generally, reports and other written deliverables will be provided within 7-15 business days after the consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon.


3. Delivery Method

  • All consultancy services and documents are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.

  • We may use email, secure cloud storage links, or other electronic means to deliver documents or provide project updates. For physical copies (if applicable), additional shipping charges will apply, and the client will be notified in advance.


4. Remote Consultations

  • For clients located outside of Islamabad or Pakistan, all consultations will be conducted remotely via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams. Clients will receive a meeting link in advance.


5. Shipping of Physical Materials (If Applicable)

While most of our services are delivered electronically, if physical materials (e.g., printed reports, promotional materials) are required, we will arrange for shipping via a reliable courier service. The cost of shipping will be borne by the client and is in addition to the consultancy service fees. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and size of the package, and clients will be informed of the total cost before shipment.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • If there are any delays in the delivery of services or documents, we will inform the client promptly. Delays could occur due to factors such as unforeseen issues, holidays, or heavy workloads. We will make every effort to ensure that services and deliverables are completed within the agreed-upon timeframes.


7. International Clients

  • For international clients, all consultations will be conducted virtually. Any physical materials (if needed) will be shipped according to international shipping guidelines, and shipping fees will be determined based on the destination country.
